Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 the company Huxelerate S.r.l. with headquarters in Milan, Via San Martino 12, VAT number 10992740968 as data controller (hereinafter the "Data Controller"), informs about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected by the subjects requesting information through the compilation the appropriate contact form on the Data Controller website accessible at www.huxelerate.it (hereinafter the "Website").

Website users who request information through the appropriate contact form and Huxelerate services’ users who create an account with us or register for our products, technologies or services.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

  • Personal data: (name, surname, company to which it belongs and role, e-mail address, telephone number) provided by the interested party by filling in the contact form on the Website (hereinafter the "Data")
  • Sales and marketing related information: This includes information such as products or technologies purchased, downloaded or licensed from us, the products and services you are interested in, your marketing preferences, phone number, email address, your signature and work information (e.g., company name, work address, work phone number, work email address, job title, etc.) and information about how you interact with our marketing materials.
  • Customer support information: This includes information you may provide us with related to your use of our products, technologies or services, including how to contact you so we can provide you customer support.
  • Account and user content: This includes information which you provide us when you create an account with us, register for certain customer services or software evaluations or participate in one of our Community Forums or online contests.
  • User activity: This includes profiling anonymous information on Huxelerate' software usage.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The data provided by the interested party will be used in full compliance with the principle of correctness and lawfulness and the provisions of the law to respond to the requests of the interested parties themselves, formulated by completing the contact form on the website and for the activities related to it and instrumental.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

The provision of data by the interested party is optional. However, if the interested party refuses to communicate them, the Data Controller will be unable to carry out the processing operations for the purposes described above.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The legal basis of the processing is the consent to the processing of data by the interested party. By filling in the contact form with their Data, the interested party consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or of any other nature as indicated in the form itself.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

The Data Controller adopts the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Data. The treatment will be carried out, with or without the aid of electronic tools, by means of the collection operations, registration, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, cancellation. The Data Controller does not carry out treatments that consist of fully automated decision-making processes on the Data and, in any case, if they are carried out, they will be carried out in compliance with current legislation and will be the subject of separate information. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects internal to the Data Controller structure (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as suppliers of third party technical services, hosting providers, IT companies) may have access to the Data, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, responsible for the treatment by the Owner. STORAGE PERIOD

The Data will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes and according to the terms of the law, provided that in the meantime the consent has not been revoked by the interested party. The Data Controller may be obliged to keep the Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

The Data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries with respect to the European Union considered safe by the European Commission or to subjects adhering to international programs for the free movement of data. The transfer to companies based outside the EU may take place through the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In particular, the interested party has the right to:

  • withdraw consent. The interested party can withdraw consent to the processing of their data previously expressed.
  • oppose the processing of data. The interested party may oppose the processing of their data for legitimate interest.
  • access their data. The interested party has the right to obtain information on the data processed by the owner, on certain aspects of the treatment and to receive a copy of the processed data.
  • verify and request correction. The interested party can verify the correctness of their data and request its updating or correction.
  • obtain the limitation of the treatment. When certain conditions are met, the User can request the limitation of the processing of their Data. In this case the Data Controller will not process the Data for any other purpose other than their conservation.
  • obtain the cancellation of their data. When certain conditions are met, the interested party can request the cancellation of their data by the owner.
  • receive your data or have it transferred to another holder. The interested party has the right to receive their data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and, where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer without obstacles to another owner.
  • propose a complaint. The interested party can lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection control authority or take legal action.
